Got a job and getting back to be a business person again.

It's a long long story but it's settled in anyway.
It's gonna start on April 1st in Tokyo. So I ve got to move to Tokyo.

I ve been thinking carefully and finally decided to join a accounting office to improve skill and increase knowledge.

Briefly the works our office provides are mainly book-keeping for SPC(Special purpose company) as an out-sourcing service, international tax, accounting audit, income tax, Due diligence and M&A and so on.

I ve been studying hard for preparing lately.
Because laws and regulations related have been changed a lot since I left the former office.

I hope I work in other countries one day.
But the recent goal is "Early retirement".

しばしの間、ビジネスマンに戻ります。


いろいろいろいろいろいろありましたが、ようやく決まりました。
4月1日から東京で働きます。
公認会計士としてとりあえず専門的な能力を磨くべく、会計事務所に行くことに決めました。

ちょっと専門的ですが、大体の業務内容はというと、

SPCの記帳代行やアドバイザリーをメインの業務として、国際税務や会計監査、個人（外人とか）の所得税、デューデリやM&A系の仕事も手がけている従業員100人ぐらいの事務所です。


今、新しい仕事に向けて勉強中です。
この1年半のプー太郎の時期にも、法律や会計制度などの改正があったり、忘れている知識も膨大で、大変です。

いつか海外で働きたいとも思っていますが、当面の目標は「早期リタイヤ」です。
